Corbridge Middle School Water Festival

Our Water Explorer Tyne Team presented their assesmbly on Monday afternoon to 320 pupils and several teachers. They did a qustion round, a brief summary of their projects and dumped a huge pile of plastic bottles that had been collected over 3 days around school. They had two key points:

1. Save water by having shorter showers, turning off the water when brushing your teeth and stopping dripping taps.

2. Use as few plastic, disposable bottles as possible. If you do use them please recycle carefully.

At the end of the assembly they received a huge round of applause.
